The Project
Viking Medical Billing is a revenue cycle management firm serving post-acute care providers - home health, hospice, private duty, behavioural health, and skilled nursing. The site had to earn trust from agency owners quickly and turn that trust into booked consultations. Six service lines are structured as their own destinations: revenue cycle management, payer management and credentialing, financial wellness audit, payment posting and reconciliation, eligibility and authorisation, and denial management and appeals. Proof points that matter to this buyer - a 99.8% clean claim rate, 24-hour average claim turnaround, 31% average A/R reduction, and 30+ EMR integrations - are surfaced next to the claims they support rather than buried in body copy. Every page routes toward a single consultation booking action, and the content is organised so each service can rank independently for its own search intent in a field where buyers search by specific problem rather than by vendor.
01 — Positioning
Mapped the six revenue cycle service lines and the questions post-acute agency owners actually ask, then shaped the information architecture around those decisions rather than around the company org chart.
02 — Build
Developed the responsive Next.js front end, structured each service as an independently rankable page, and routed every path toward a single consultation booking action.
