Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Multipixel Studio ("we", "us", or "our") is a digital creative agency offering professional video editing services, AI video ads creation, app development, digital marketing, web development, and graphic design. These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Multipixel Studio and its clients ("you" or "Client").

2. Services

We provide the following services as described on our website: Video Editing, App Development, Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Graphic Design. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Payment & Pricing

• 50% deposit required upon project acceptance.
• Remaining balance due upon delivery and client approval.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Revisions are limited to the agreed number specified in the project brief.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of final deliverables. Multipixel Studio retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of project details and proprietary information. An NDA can be signed upon request.

6. Liability

Multipixel Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project.

7. Termination & Refund

Projects may be terminated by either party with written notice. Refunds are issued only for the uncompleted portion of work after deducting completed deliverables.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
