The Project

SP NET is a fibre broadband internet service provider in Chattogram, Bangladesh. We designed and built its complete digital platform: a fast, bilingual website in English and Bangla, a custom content management system, and the API behind the SP NET Android app. Customers compare internet packages and prices, check coverage in their area, pay bills through the self-care portal, and request a new connection in under a minute; every request lands in an admin inbox with status tracking and instant browser notifications for the sales team. Everything on the site — packages, prices, coverage areas, FAQs, contact numbers, the privacy policy and the app's streaming server list — is edited from the admin panel, with English and Bangla side by side and validation that stops mistakes before they go live. Pages are statically generated and cached, and every save rebuilds them in the background, so the site loads instantly while changes appear within seconds. The platform runs on the ISP's own cPanel hosting with a PostgreSQL database in Singapore for low latency from Bangladesh, plus a lightweight streaming-server directory at media.spnetbd.com for PC users. The result is an ISP website that the SP NET team fully controls, built to rank for broadband and internet-package searches in Chattogram.
